ScheduleFlexTM is the most interactive online conference catalog and session scheduler application in the Meetings Industry. It allows meeting planners to build an online version of a session catalog, making it easy for attendees to search for conference sessions by date, time or topic. Then via a click of the mouse, users drag and drop sessions onto a viewable calendar area, which can then be printed in a "schedule-at-a-glance" pre-formatted PDF. The calendar solution can limit session seat capacities (per session) and pre-assign sessions to certain audience groups such as presenters, employees and session monitors. ScheduleFlexTM also solves the one-on-one speaker or executive appointment challenges at trade shows or conferences. Meeting planners can set up the parameters of available time slots of individual meeting times on the administrative side of the application, allowing conference attendees to sign up for those one-on-one meetings on the conference web site calendar. Both appointments are then applied to the personal conference calendar for the speaker (or executive) as well as the attendee while allowing for web-based reporting to the meeting planner.
